You would argue there are many other places that offer similar environment and services, the differentiator is Josh. I’m 8 sessions in with Josh’s personal training and let’s just say I never enjoyed fitness training quite like this before. I injured my shoulder 3 years ago and developed “frozen shoulder” – I had seen doctors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists – basically anyone I thought could help. I love fitness but I lost motivation because of the pain in my shoulder. I had heard Josh Levesque specialized in training people with injuries so I thought I would give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I have been training with Josh for a bit over six months, and the improvement to my shoulder was almost immediate. As long as I continue to do the stretches and exercises he recommends, I have no pain and my mobility is almost back to normal. In addition to helping my shoulder (which is huge), I also get a great workout. He’s also fun to talk to – which makes 45 minutes of exercise go quickly! Thanks Josh.
